I have a holistic and collaborative coaching style and use a mixture of reflective and challenging coaching techniques in the coaching journey with my clients.
My approach is empathetic, but also at times, challenging, in order to help my clients grow their resilience, connect with their personal values and method of leadership, and create teams and cultures that support and encourage cooperation, trust and healthy challenge.
I have extensive experience in international business, team and stakeholder management in a variety of sectors, including financial and professional services, telecommunications, IT, automotive and retail. For 16 years I was a director and co-owner of a creative communications and events agency where I worked with FTSE100/ FTSE250 companies, engaging with senior stakeholders to develop strategies and manage complex global events and engagement campaigns.
Having worked in, and led, SMEs in the creative sector for over 20 years, I am well versed in the commercial and people pressures of entrepreneurial, fast-paced and high-pressure environments. I bring my personal experience of leading a business and helping teams thrive in these environments to my coaching. My passion is in coaching leaders and emerging leaders across a range of sectors, to help them grow and thrive. I also coach individuals to help them achieve their goals, supporting them to; make changes in their life, business or career, improve performance, enhance their relationships with others, develop specific skills, such as resilience, communication, confidence, empathy and self-awareness and connect with their values, vision and leadership style.
I am an Accredited Associate Executive Coach with The AoEC and have a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. I also hold a MHFA England certificate in Mental Health First Aid and have a BA (Hons) Business Administration – Marketing
