I started my career in Deloitte’s Graduate Corporate Finance Analyst program, moving to Texas Instruments as a Pricing and Commercial Analyst, working across EMEIA and then globally. For the last 20 years I have worked at EY (formerly Ernst & Young) as a Director, within Corporate Finance, Strategic Marketing and Business Development. My specialist background covers Commercial Due Diligence, Marketing and Strategic Planning; with a strong track record for building and leading teams, multi-million-pound budgets and delivering double digit growth.
I am an accredited coach and active member of the International Coaching Federation, a Master NLP Practitioner and certified Disruptive Coach. I advocate for innovation, my philosophy centres around the belief that anyone has the potential to achieve anything they want, personally or professionally, and that coaching unlocks a person’s potential by allowing them to find the answers to improving their own performance. Alongside my EY career, I lectures at St Mary’s Business School and designed and led many leadership, coaching and broader management training programmes
